Who can benefit?

It is not necessary to be “ill” to benefit from Jungian analysis, since self-discovery and the exploration of the inner world are valuable in themselves. Jungian analysts offer therapy to people suffering from emotional distress or difficulties with relationships, but can also help those who are frustrated with themselves or who have lost a sense of direction in their lives.

Jungian therapy may extend to considering the search for meaning and purpose in your life. It allows for religious or spiritual growth or development in its widest sense.

Jungian analysis / therapy is a recognised and valuable way to address such difficulties as bereavement, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, stress-related disorders, aggression, childhood trauma, eating disorders, addiction and many more overt symptoms, including physical ones, since psyche and soma are interconnected.
